Vision 2040 Survey Access: Check your mail! Postcards with a link to the Vision 2040 Survey are arriving in mailboxes now. (Some residents may receive paper versions of the survey.) 2025 Market Revaluation

Town of Oregon properties will be reassessed in 2025.  The State of Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) maintains the Wisconsin Property Assessment Manual (WPAM) and all municipalies and their assessor must follow this manual and its requirements when valuing properties.  The law mandates each municipality be within 10% of Market Value once every 5 years.  The DOR has determined the town is at .6988 average assessment ratio.
