Questions about your 2025 Notice of Changed Assessment?

Town of Oregon residents received mail last week from Accurate Appraisal, LLC. The envelopes were labeled "Assessment Information Enclosed" and are not junk mail nor a promotional mailing. Please check inside the envelope for the letter backed with the 2025 Notice of Changed Assessment for your property.

Town wide, the average increase in 2025 assessed value was approximately 54%, considering property data, sales, and market conditions. The last town-wide revaluation was in 2020, prior to this ongoing period of rising property values.
