Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, including Federal, State and County emergency orders limiting crowds, this meeting is being held via video conference.  Town Board members will attend by electronic device.  Members of the Town Board and public may attend by logging onto https://zoom.us/j/517523458 Meeting ID: 517 523 458.  You may be asked to mute your device during the meeting.  * If you do not have internet access or are unable to participate electronically, you need to contact the town at 835-3200 for accommodations to attend the meeting.

1. Call Town Board meeting to order.
2. Roll Call.
3. Public Comments.
4. Discussion and possible Approval re: Resolution 03-2020; To Declare a State of Emergency and to Establish Measures to Prevent the Transmission of COVID-19.
5. Discussion and possible Action re: Postponing Property Revaluation to 2021.
6. Approval of payment vouchers.
7. Adjournment.
