As a potential candidate, you are responsible for familiarizing yourself with election and campaign finance requirements that apply to your campaign. December 22, 2023 – Deadline for incumbents not seeking re-election to file Notice of Non-candidacy. January 2, 2024 – All papers and forms due in Town of Oregon Clerk’s Office by 5 p.m. January 5, 2024 – Deadline to challenge nomination papers. Necessary Forms Please refer to the Ballot Access Checklist for Non-Partisan Local Candidates.
