Ravenoaks Subdivision Road Construction – Apr 27 Weather Permitting: April 11, 2025 Re: Ravenoaks Subdivision Reconstruction Project The Town recently awarded the Ravenoaks subdivision roadwork project to Payne & Dolan Inc. and work in Ravenoaks will begin soon! Scope of Work Road work will consist of pulverizing, spreading, shaping, and compacting old asphalt/aggregate; and installing a two-course hot mix asphalt (HMA) pavement to a final average compacted thickness of 3.5 inches. Plus, one-foot kickouts will be placed at all aggregate and asphaltic surface driveways. Schedule Weather and conditions permitting, the project will begin the week of April 27. Traffic Control and Property Access Traffic control will be staged for closure of the active construction area to through traffic throughout construction. Access will be maintained at all times for property owners and emergency vehicles. All driveways will remain accessible at all times unless Payne & Dolan coordinates a closure with the property owner.
