The 2021 Revaluation Assessment Notices have been mailed. The average increase in value is 25%. Some of you may have received the notice after the Open Book dates.
You can still contact Accurate to discuss your assessment notice and ask questions until Friday, September 17th.
Accurate can be reached at 1-800-770-3927 Monday – Thursday from 8-3:30pm and Friday from 8-12pm. There can be no changes to assessment after Board of Review closes on Thursday, September 23, 2021.

The clerk’s office will notify you of the time to appear.
