The State of Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) maintains the Wisconsin Property Assessment Manual (WPAM) and all municipalies and their assessor must follow this manual and its requirements when valuing properties. The law mandates each municipality be within 10% of Market Value once every 5 years. The DOR has determined the town is at .6988 average assessment ratio.
