Speakers shall have 3 minutes to comment on the matter. Any persons wishing to submit written testimony shall do so by submitting 1 copy on letter size paper to the Town Clerk during open business hours or at the public hearing. The 2024 cost of collection will be $13.99 per month not including variable fuel (variable based on fuel costs month per month).  The 2024 monthly cost will be added to the December 2024 property tax bill.
